Just a suitable option for a brief retreat in Raleigh with extraordinarily good value for money. It was terrifying being a woman alone walking through emergency exits with just a camera light to get to your room. Try to avoid staying alone if possible.

The pool was super refreshing, and the kids loved it! The gym had all the right equipment—definitely a plus! After a day of exploring, coming back to comfortable beds was perfect. Loved the location near PNC Arena, too!

However, the reality of the room's cleanliness left much to be desired. Surfaces appeared unclean and dusty, with old items in the mini fridge and a lack of basic bathroom supplies. Be wary of noise levels, especially if you're near the train tracks or got rowdy neighbors above – sleep might come at a premium, unfortunately. Total bummer that both elevators were out of order during checkout, leaving folks feeling pretty inconvenienced hauling luggage down the stairs.

I had a great stay during my one-night visit. The room's modern decor impressed me, and the staff, especially Alisha and Jazmine, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Don't miss the complimentary breakfast. it was delicious! Just be aware that the pool and ice machine were out of service during my stay.

The room was beautifully decorated, and I loved how the staff greeted us with warm smiles throughout our stay. Breakfast was satisfying and plentiful.
